We develop models and information tools for financial employee participation programs.
Companies stand to benefit if they allow their employees to share in profits and success. If properly applied, financial participation pays off for both management and staff.
On average, companies with financial participation schemes are more productive than their competitors. Employees, who own shares in “their” company, are more motivated to work and have a stronger sense of belonging to the company than other employees. They also have a better understanding of the company’s financial situation.
We design schemes, carry out studies and provide information tools for participation strategies for companies, government institutions and trade unions.
One of our clients is the Federal Ministry of Economics for whom we created the content of the financial employee participation pages on the ministry’s current website.
