Digitalisation in the post-COVID world: what role for industrial trade unions?

On behalf of IndustriAll European Trade Union, Syndex and wmp consult conducted a report providing a comprehensive panorama of existing practices, challenges and possible solutions to better manage the changes in jobs and working conditions across Europe, induced by digitalisation, automation and robotisation. The COVID-19 pandemic brought further major challenges to the working environment, and new issues on the trade union agenda, such as working from home, have gained in importance.
