The focus of this research project has been on the process of reaching collective agreements dealing with equal opportunities at work and on the development of corresponding bargaining agendas.
wmp consult has been working with European peak level organisations such as the ETUC, BusinessEurope, SmeUnited and CEEP as well as with European trade unions and employer organisations in many sectors in public and private services and industries.
Our activities range from delivering scientific expertise and empirical research to moderating and providing input for transnational workshops and conferences.

Defense Industry in Europe
wmp consult has conducted a project on social dialogue in the defense industry with Syndex for IndustriAll. The final report on the defense industry in Europe was published in July 2022.
European Study on Digitalisation in Urban Public Transport
Since the beginning of 2019, wmp has supported the European Social Partners in Urban Public Transport, ETF and UITP with the implementation of a joint project on Digitalisation and its impact on employment and work in the sector.
